Rosewater Macarons

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a great first month of 2015! 

I've been super busy but got a few chances to bake some batches of macarons! 

As you can probably tell, nope my obsession with macarons didn't go away since it's a new year, in fact I'm really super looking forward to working with some new flavors and colors. 

These are some super beautiful, flavorful, and fragrant rosewater macarons.

I'm still using my foolproof macaron recipe as seen in my lemon raspberry macarons, I'm really happy that so far this recipe has been working beautifully for me everytime! I simply add in different flavorings and colors everytime, for example for this batch I just added in my favorite Tiffany Blue food coloring into the egg white batter, and rosewater concentrate into the buttercream.
