Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes!!!

It's pumpkin time! 

 This is the time of year where most of my baking is pumpkin colored/flavored/spiced. Sooooo gooood. Last fall we bought a huuge pumpkin,  and took all the guts out and froze them into bags. So now anytime I want to make something pumpkiny, I just take a bag of pumpkin puree out of the freezer!

I made these pumpkin cupcakes for a birthday party I had 2 weeks ago, and again today. The cream cheese icing really compliments the pumpkin spice flavor. I just really need to improve on my frosting,  because they always look so messy! I guess I just need to make more and more then...
